Providing a safe space to explore your story and restore your purpose.
“Forget the former things. Do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing. Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” - Isaiah 43:18-19
You might have landed on this page because are ready to experience something new in your family. Perhaps old patterns or long-held habits are keeping you from embracing the role you know you’re called to hold in your home. At Illuminate Hope Counseling, we’re here to help you nurture a lifestyle of peace, joy, and wholeness.
Connected Family Intensives, facilitated by Lindsey Prince, LPC-S, are immersive therapeutic experiences held in your home, where family life happens. They allow for deeper connection and change in a fraction of the time of traditional therapy sessions.
If an intensive isn’t the right fit, we also offer individual counseling for both children and adults, because when one person heals, the whole family benefits. For our child clients, we encourage parents to actively participate in the counseling process, ensuring ongoing growth.
How do I start?

A Note About Availability:
To ensure my current clients receive the highest quality of care, I occasionally have to pause taking new clients. If my caseload is full when you reach out, I will be happy to connect you with a graduate student LPC-Intern or a post-graduate LPC-Associate who is currently practicing under my direct supervision.
Meet Lindsey
Hi! I am the owner of Illuminate Hope Counseling, PLLC and I’m looking forward to meeting you and connecting you with the best service for you and your family!
I am a homeschooling mama of three children (my oldest just graduated!) and have been married for nearly 20 years. Through my own life experiences, I have come to personally understand the profound impact stress and trauma on us as individuals and, by extension, our families. I’ve learned to embrace the wisdom learned in the midst of my own struggles to lead others toward genuine healing.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), I graduated from Lubbock Christian University with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2018. My clinical experience includes working with adult and childhood trauma, chronic illness, spiritual crises, and familial distress.
My Counseling Philosophy
I began my clinical journey with an emphasis on trauma therapy. Through study, research, and walking alongside others, I’ve realized that while trauma is deeply personal, our family and friends walk through it with us, whether they were present when the event occurred, or not.
I believe that to heal and move forward, we must understand the connection between our mind and body. I approach processing by exploring how your whole body (not just your brain) experiences stress, and I recommend holistic treatments for your unique situation.
To meet you and your family where you are, I engage in ongoing specialized education and training, including:
Child-Centered Play Therapist with Neuro-relational Emphasis (Certified)

Multi-Modal Attachment Therapy
