Connected Family

Intensive Experience

What

To

Expect

A meaningful pause within the rhythm of your everyday family life. The Family Intensive is designed to meet you where you are—literally—by stepping into your day-to-day environment. Together, we slow things down, create space for connection, and work through challenges as they naturally arise, with guided support along the way.

Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, real-life exploration, and space to reflect so the experience feels both focused and flexible.

Facilitation

I’ll bring my years of experience and training into your space to create a thoughtfully guided and professionally supported experience.

Collaboration

Connection is at the heart of this process. This is your family’s experience, and we’ll work together to create a process that supports each member of your family.

A Supportive Space

We’re not here to change everything you’re doing, but to support and strengthen what’s already in place within your family.

When families slow down together, safety grows—and connection has room to return.

Pre-intensive Session

Intentional Planning

Before your Connected Family Intensive, we’ll meet for a 60–90 minute planning session, either virtually or in my office—whichever feels most comfortable for your family.

This time is designed to help us slow down and prepare with intention. Together, we’ll explore what feels most important for your family right now and where we want to focus our time and attention during the intensive to begin shaping what your intensive day will look like.

We may also review parts of the workbook to help you feel familiar and prepared for the process ahead.

This session ensures that your intensive is thoughtfully tailored to your family’s unique needs, allowing our time together to feel focused, meaningful, and supportive from the very beginning.

The Intensive Day

Connected Family Experience

This is where we step into your family’s everyday rhythm and begin working together in real time.

During the Connected Family Experience, I’ll join your family in your home for a few hours, allowing us to slow things down, notice patterns as they unfold, and create space for new ways of relating. Rather than relying on past experiences alone, we work with what is happening in the moment—making the process more meaningful and lasting.

Throughout our time together, we’ll move between guided support, real-life interactions, and intentional pauses for reflection. Each family member is given the space to feel seen, understood, and supported.

The day is thoughtfully designed to balance structure and flexibility, allowing us to stay grounded in your intentions while also responding to what your family needs in the moment.

Post-Intensive Session

Integration and Ongoing Support

After your Family Intensive, we’ll spend time helping your family integrate what was experienced into your everyday life.

This may include a follow-up session where we reflect on your time together, revisit key insights, and talk through how to continue building on the progress you’ve made.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your family’s patterns, along with practical ways to support continued connection and growth moving forward.

Ongoing support options are available if your family would benefit from continued guidance as you integrate these changes over time.

Here’s what the process looks like:

  • Call or email to schedule a brief consultation where we’ll discuss your family’s needs and determine if a Connected Family Intensive feels like the right fit at this time.

  • If you decide to move forward, I’ll send intake forms for you to complete prior to scheduling.

  • Once your paperwork is received, I’ll connect to schedule your intensive sessions. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your dates.

  • You’ll receive your family’s workbook in a bound format when we first meet in person, along with a digital copy to begin reviewing ahead of time.

  • The remaining balance is due the day before your in-home intensive.
