Providing a safe space to explore your story and restore your purpose.

You’re ready to rewrite your future.

“Forget the former things. Do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing. Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” - Isaiah 43:18-19

You were created with a specific purpose. Sometimes our purpose and identity are blurred by past or recent experiences and the symptoms of those experiences. Together, we’ll connect your life experiences with your somatic experiences as you work toward healing your trauma. I use a multi-faceted, client-centered approach to provide a safe place for you to process your story. Bring all your emotions and all your thoughts to a judgement-free space. Together, we will explore how your experiences have created your way of feeling and seeing the world, then we will integrate new ways of processing and making meaning of those situations to write the present and future you were created to live.

How do I start?

After you contact me (via phone or email- whatever is most comfortable for you) we’ll schedule a short and free consultation to ensure we’re a good therapeutic fit and to give you an opportunity to ask any initial questions you may have. Then, I’ll email you a link to the portal so you can complete your intake paperwork and we’ll schedule your first session. I currently provide therapy via telehealth in Missouri, Texas, and Florida.

My Counseling Philosophy

Through study, research and processing the experiences of myself and others, I have come to realize that trauma is any experience that negatively impacts our mind and body’s perception of how to live, and survive, life. I believe that to heal from trauma, we need to understand the connection between our mind and body, so I approach processing your trauma through exploring how your whole body (not only your mind) experiences your stress and will make recommendations for the best holistic treatment accordingly.
